Privacy policy & terms of use

A draft for the purpose of building the site. The binding terms of use and the digitally signed agreement are prepared by AGsolutions' legal counsel and take precedence over this document.

General

This policy explains what information is collected when you use the AGsolutions platform, how it is used, and with whom it is shared. Use of the site and its forms is subject to this policy and to the terms of use.

What we collect

We collect only the information you provide voluntarily through the forms:

  • Name, phone and email address
  • Area of activity / project region and project type
  • Business ID / dealer number (contractors) — for an internal BDI check only
  • Files you upload (plans, license, CV)
  • For workers: name and phone number only

How the information is used

The information is used solely to match parties in the construction industry, to contact you, and to review your request by hand. We do not run marketing mailings and we do not sell information to third parties.

Privacy between parties — information masking

Your personal details (name, phone, business ID) are never exposed to the other side until a match is manually approved. Only the details relevant to the match are shared. Contractors' business/dealer numbers are used for an internal BDI check only and are never shown to the developer.

Storage and external services

Information is stored in secure databases (Supabase). Request routing is handled by an automation service (Make.com) to our response channels — email and WhatsApp. These services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Data retention

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and subject to legal requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time.

Your rights

You may request to review the information collected about you, correct it, or request its deletion. For privacy matters, contact us via the "Contact" page.

Terms of use & digital signature

Every user of the platform approves terms of use tailored to their user type, and where relevant signs a binding digital signature on an agreement prepared by AGsolutions' legal counsel. There is no newsletter sign-up.
